DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES

The Town of Magnolia Springs will be accepting bids/quotes for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services until 4:00 p.m. CT on Monday, April 17, 2023, for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal. Sealed bids may be submitted in person to the Town Hall located at 12191 Magnolia Springs Highway, Magnolia Springs, Alabama, 36555, by U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Box 890 Magnolia Springs, AL 36555 or via facsimile and electronic mail. Facsimile transmission number is 251-965-9889. Email Bids may be submitted to clerk@magnoliasprings-al.com. All bids must be received by date and time noted. Bid opening will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the Town Hall.

Bid specifications may be obtained at the Town Hall located on 12191 Magnolia Springs Highway, Magnolia Springs, AL 36555, by email request to: clerk@magnoliasprings-al.com or on our website at www.townofmagnoliasprings.org.

To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on original proposal forms found in the bid package. All bids submitted in person or via US Mail shall be sealed. All bids will be date and time stamped when received by Town Personnel. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to assure receipt of the bid at the Town Hall prior to the published deadline for the bid.

The Town of Magnolia Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Town's judgment, the best interests of the Town will thereby be promoted.
