Magnolia Springs New Town Center

Updated 5.6.26 - The Town of Magnolia Springs is excited to share the most recent renderings and design concept for the future Magnolia Springs Town Center/Town Hall.

Working alongside Belinda Stewart Architects, the updated renderings reflect a vision rooted in the charm, character, and natural beauty of Magnolia Springs. The design embraces welcoming community spaces, timeless architectural details, and a setting intended to serve residents for generations to come.

The renovated sanctuary will become the new Town Hall, serving as the central hub for community meetings, public services, and civic engagement. More than just a municipal building, the new Town Hall is envisioned as a place where neighbors gather, ideas are shared, and community connections continue to grow.

The property has been subdivided into three (3) lots, as reflected in the attached plat. Lot 2 will be owned by the Town of Magnolia Springs, while Lots 1 and 3 will be owned by Magnolia Springs Town Center, LLC.

The Magnolia Springs Town Center, LLC consists of community members who value local traditions, walkability, small-town character, and close-knit relationships — themes strongly reflected in the Town’s Comprehensive Plan survey results. Their vision includes creating spaces for small businesses that will help serve and strengthen the Magnolia Springs community.

These newest renderings offer a glimpse into what will become a welcoming front porch for Magnolia Springs blending tradition with thoughtful growth and preserving the spirit that makes our town so special.
